Position Description

Our client is seeking a senior contract PM to develop and manage a project plan for the implementation of RLDatix, feedback and Risk Register modules, including the patient survey module. Additionally you will be responsible to perform the upgrade from 6.6.2.1 to 6.17, manage the costs to stay within budget, define the project charter and develop the detailed project plan.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Requirements

Organize the internal training, including;

  • Organize the staff
  • Organize the delivery of the training

Organize and modify/update the Workflows including;

  • Understand and work with teams to organize the workflows
  • Modify and test the current workflows
  • Work with the teams to develop workflows that are not currently in the system

Implement Feedback module – Work with our staff to:

  • Layout the process and standards for use
  • Work with our staff and training areas on how to use the feedback module

Implement the Patient Survey Module including;

  • Work to develop the standards for patient surveys
  • Roll out the patient surveys or templates/process for the organization

Make sure the SME’s are up to speed on the new product and are able to support:

  • Help Desk
  • Quality
  • Learning

Document the

  • SOP’s
  • Make sure all the workflows and processes are documented
  • Make sure the roles are all defined
