Position Description

Our client is looking for a Content Publisher to work on their digital marketing team.  You are an integral part of the dynamic and fast-paced world of digital marketing which includes digital content creation, publishing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & content optimization, user experience and digital analytics. You will contribute your expertise, experience and skills in these areas to a collaborative and cross-functional team that includes experts in marketing, digital banking, market insights and member communications. You are accountable for the digital publishing on the website and other digital channels, ensuring the organization is creating a fulfilling customer experience in the digital marketing space that supports the corporate business objectives.

This is a 6–12-month hybrid contract with the possibility of converting to permanent employment.  You will work remotely and be on-site when required.

What You’ll Do

  • Publish content to website using Marketo and Pendo.
  • Manage incoming requests for content publication from multiple departments.
  • Prioritize and execute the addition of new content and/ or changes to existing content.
  • Ensure all material is posted to pages in accordance with existing Service Level Agreements, always following
    digital banking content standards for accuracy, timeliness and execution.
  • Provide quality, currency, and timeliness of content.

Mandatories (must have to qualify)

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications or digital marketing
  • Experience working with a range of content management systems and collaboration sites, including Sitecore or similar
  • Experience operating in a consultative role supporting a range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple tasks/ projects and competing priorities
  • Experience operating with minimal direction
  • Sitecore, SharePoint, or CMS certification an asset
  • Diploma or degree in a communications-related discipline
