We work on a contingency model of recruiting; one where there is no fee unless you hire. We endeavour to find the right person for the right job every time and we guarantee our results: if a candidate leaves your employment within 3 months, we will find you a replacement at no additional cost.

- STEP1: Consultation and skills evaluation with one of our Account Managers so we can establish exactly who you’re looking for.
- STEP2: Preliminary first interview and screening of every candidate before we shortlist our chosen candidates.
- STEP3: Detailed reference checks completed before start date.
- STEP4: Our value added service is our on-boarding process where we act as an extension of our clients’ human resources department assuring that there is open communication between manager and employee.
