Our team commit to unearthing the best available talent for your short- and long-term needs. We regularly network with our existing contractors in our downtown office and ask them to invite new talent so we can ultimately start building a new relationship with the aim to find them a new job.


10 Percent Recruiting takes care of onboarding the contract, government remittances, insurance, billing, payroll and expenses for those contractors sourced by you. Our administrative team will ensure contractors sourced by you are properly classified, which is the most important part of the contractor payrolling process. Let us take care of all the details such as contracts / insurance / billing and payroll.
