  • STEP2: Preliminary first interview and screening of every candidate before we shortlist our chosen candidates.
  • STEP3: Detailed reference checks completed before start date.
  • STEP4: Our value added service is our on-boarding process where we act as an extension of our clients’ human resources department assuring that there is open communication between manager and employee.
