Position Description

The successful Performance Tester has experience and ability to interpret user requirements, detailed technical and functional specifications and apply this information to plan and develop test scenarios and cases.

Regularly training and developing your technical and personal skills.
Experience working on complex assignments requiring continuous periods of concentration, with periodic interruption.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Mandatories (must have to qualify)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Jmeter for performance testing with Web and Mobile apps
Experience with SDLC for waterfall, iterative and agile methodologies.
Ability to interpret user requirements, detailed technical and functional specifications and apply this information to plan and develop test scenarios and cases
Experience with testing tools, preferably TFS/MTM
Experience in planning and estimating testing efforts
Prioritizes test cases and executes according to plan
Identifies, logs, and tracks defects
Excellent time management skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
